Avani+ Fares Maldives is located on the western edge of the Baa Atoll, a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, where once-in-a-lifetime encounters include dolphin visits to our lagoon and snorkelling with manta rays at Hanifaru Bay.

Transport
The resort is reachable within approximately 35 minutes by Seaplane via Velana International Airport or approximately 20 minutes by Domestic flight combined with 40 minutes by speedboat ride routed through Velana International Airport & Dharavandhoo Domestic Airport.
Private charter seaplanes and domestic flights are available on request. All above domestic travel is reliant on shared transfer basis and is dependent on other guest international flight arrivals and departures.
International flight times will be collected upon reservations and used to book domestic or seaplane reservations closer to the date of arrival. All international flight booking details should be shared with the resort reservations team no later than 14 days prior to arrival to avoid any domestic travel arrangement limitations.
Cancellation charges apply for domestic and Seaplane transfers, for any cancellation 05 Days prior to arrival.
All transfers are handled by a 3rd party and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
In the instance that weather affects the safe operation of local transfers, an alternative transfer arrangement may be required. Neither the Resort nor Transfer company holds responsibility for the impact of severe weather conditions.
